The performance features of the brick machine:
1. It does not need wood carrier but cutting and stacking at site. Therefore, wood, fixed fund, site and manpower are saved; the drying periodicity is shortened; the circulation of fund is facilitated.
2. Feed slabs, charge materials, press and form bricks automatically; the operation is simple and easy to learn and use.
3. All the standard parts shall be in conformity with national standard. Precision of moulding box is high while few bricks are broken. Hydraulic parts are of good quality. The hydraulic generator reaches national standard. The quality of the convey roller and belt is the best.
4. The former has multi-functions and can produce multi-pore bricks, building-blocks, curbstones, paver bricks, bricks for planting, lattice bricks, etc. of different specification by changing moulds.

Note: 1. The capacity in the above table is calculated under the following conditions: the density of the transferred material is 1.0t/ m3～1.6t/ m3, the transferring angle is ≤18℃, and stacking angle of the transferred material is 30.
2. The belt conveyor is used to transfer the material the density of which is less than 2.5t/ m3 .
